- Prepare and reset the suite between guests to our standard
- Full paid training provided — prior spa experience welcome but not required
- Maintain guest discretion and privacy at all times
Front Desk

Be the first impression of Venus. Welcome our guests and ensure they have an excellent experience.
- Greet and check in arriving guests warmly and discreetly
- Manage the arrival flow, refreshments and waiting area
- Handle payments and close the daily till
- Coordinate with therapists on timings and room readiness
Reservations Team

Assist guests with bookings and information, and provide exceptional service from first contact.
- Respond to WhatsApp, phone and website booking enquiries
- Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Answer questions about rituals, pricing and the sanctuary
- Follow up with guests after their visit
HR

Support our team by managing recruitment, employee relations and people development.
- Run recruitment end to end — sourcing, interviews and onboarding
- Own training schedules and staff development plans
- Handle rostering, leave and team wellbeing
- Keep our culture and standards consistent
Finance

Ensure financial accuracy, budgeting and reporting to support the growth of our business.
- Daily revenue reconciliation and cash handling oversight
- Payroll preparation and supplier account management
- Monthly reporting, budgeting and cost tracking
- Liaise with our external accountant on tax and compliance
Maintenance Engineer

Keep our facilities in perfect condition and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
- Preventive maintenance of plumbing, electrical and AC systems
- Rapid response to any issue affecting a guest suite
- Manage contractors and maintenance suppliers
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout the building
